The Chatsworth Cap, is named after the historic stately home situated in heart of the Derbyshire Dales. Chatsworth House remains the seat of the Duke of Devonshire, and has been since 1549.

One of the most famous residents of the House must be Georgiana Spencer, who was portrayed by Keira Knightley in the film 'The Duchess'.

The Chatsworth, is made from the same stunning 'burnt hazel' diamond check wool as our Wingfield Trousers, woven by one of Yorkshire's oldest Milliners, Marling & Evans (est. 1782).

The traditional eight panel cap, with an 11 ½" diameter crown taking its influence from the caps of the early 20th century.

The caps are expertly made for Stanley Biggs by the world famous Hatters, Christy's of London.
